4.8 uploading, sending, transmitting or any other way of placing advertising information that is not specifically permitted, spam (including search), lists of other e-mail addresses, pyramid schemes, multi-level (network) marketing (MLM), Internet earnings systems and e-mail businesses, sending letters with links to the services provided by venuebooking.com.au, including email addresses, websites, bookmarks, etc. can be considered as participation in prohibited event, even if the sending was done without the direct use of the mail servers of venuebooking.com.au);
4.9 downloading, sending, transmitting or any other way of posting any material containing viruses or other computer codes, files or programs intended to violate, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications equipment or programs for unauthorized access, as well as serial numbers to commercial software products and programs for their generation, logins, passwords and other means for obtaining unauthorized access to paid Internet resources, as well as posting links to the above information;
4.10 deliberate violation of local, Australian law or international law;
4.11 collection and storage of personal data of other persons;
4.12 disruption of the normal operation of the venuebooking.com.au website;
4.13 use of any forms and methods of illegal representation of other people on the Network;
4.14 placement of links to web resources, the content of which contradicts the current legislation of the Australian Federation;
4.15 facilitating actions aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions imposed by the Agreement.

You acknowledge that venuebooking.com.au is not obligated to view any kind of content before posting, and also that venuebooking.com.au has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse to post or delete any content that is available through one of the AP Digital Services. You agree that you should independently evaluate all the risks associated with the use of the content, including the assessment of the reliability, completeness or usefulness of this content. You understand that the technology of the services may require transfer of your content over computer networks, as well as changing it to meet the technical requirements.

5. Use of registration

The recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or not enforceable does not entail the invalidity or impracticability of other provisions of the Agreement. Inaction on the part of venuebooking.com.au in the event that you or other users violate the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive venuebooking.com.au of the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests later, nor does it mean that venuebooking.com.au waives its rights in the event of subsequent similar violations.
